Buzzards Nest is located in the heart of Wales in the small friendly village of Builth Road. The village mostly comprises of 2 roads of victorian terraces and a couple of farms. We are the last property on one of these roads. Our 2 acres  comprises of the house, the old large railway shed, the studio, a summerhouse, an outdoor kitchen, various compost loos, a 19 foot yurt and 6mx4m marquee which are up over some of the summer, an orchard, various lawns and space for camping, a young forest garden, an outdoor fire circle that can seat up to 20, various growing areas, several ponds, a small woodland and a stream that runs along the far edge of the land. We are close to Builth Road railway station which has 4-5 trains each day each way. There is a good parking. 

The studio space, which is suitable for a variety small indoor events is 6mx7m. 

We are able to host residential and catered for events as well as shorter events.
