My view of Yoga
Yoga is an essential part of my life. After having a health scare prior to moving to Buzzards Nest, yoga featured significantly in my life. In 2018 I began studying a one year Yoga foundation which I followed with a 3 year teacher training. What initially was a way for me to prioritize yoga in me life, became a passion I wanted to share with others.
My Classes are slow and centered. But that doesn’t mean they lack challenge. I hear many people say they can’t do yoga because they are not flexible or fit enough, however I encourage students to listen to their body’s and respect their limitations, doing what works for them. I want to make yoga accessible to all. Modifications are always available, and I encourage students to take time out if needed.
Most classes involve pranayama (breathing practice) and meditation as well as postures and some philosophy. We always have a long relaxation at the end. I encourage students to have their own equipment, so they can practice at home, But I always have mats, blocks etc to borrow if they are needed.

Barefoot or dance shoes. No steps, just following your own rhythms.
Clive has 30 years experience holding space for expressive dancing including –
5 rhythms, ecstatic dance and shamanic dance.

Art Tuition with Clive Hedger
Unleash your creativity!
I am now offering various different classes for students of every level of their creative process. At the beginner’s level, I offer a variety of lessons to loosen up your creativity and get you started with basic lines and shapes. I also offer intermediate and advanced lessons for artists wishing to break away from the basics and into more experimental work. As I work mostly with Tempera and oil glazing, this is what I mostly teach.
Come paint with me in the studio. Individual tuition and mentoring in creative technique, and process . Come for short sessions or in depth immersion. Accommodation is available if required. Enquire for further information.
Over time its intended to host regular painting classes including life drawing.
Group bookings are possible to assist in diving deeper into your creative process. All ages can be catered for. Check availability.
